Born on 17th March, 1964 in Charlottesville, Virginia, Rob Low is the elder son of Charles Davis Lowe & Barbara Lynn (nee Hepler). His father worked as a trial lawyer while his mother worked as a school teacher. His parents ended their relationship with divorce during Tom’s early days, at the time his little brother, Chad was too small. He also has 2 half brothers, Micah Dyer & Justin W. Lowe. Rob consists of mix descents, English, Welsh, Irish, Scottish & German. He was brought up in a typical midwestern family in Dayton, Ohio. There he studied at Oakwood Junior High School, prior to residing in the Point Dume, Malibu, California along with his brother & mother. Rob also went to Santa Monica High School located at Santa Monica, California. Rob started dating at the age of 14, in 1978 with his first love lady Melissa Gilbert, an actress. He also had a brief affair with a German model & actress, Nastassja Kinski during 1984. Later in 1986, Rob & Gilbert split up due to his illegitimate relationship with Princess Stephanie of Monaco. Later, he reconciled with Gilbert & got engaged in 1987. Following their second time separation, Rob tied knot in July 1991 with Sherly Berkoff, after their blind date of 1983.
